Zipkku Account and Data Deletion

Zipkku users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

1. Delete In-App (Recommended)
Open the app → Me → Withdraw. You are withdrawn immediately, and your account and personal data are anonymized/deleted without delay.

2. Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot use the app, email teamhealersgo@gmail.com from (or including) the Google account address you signed up with, and we will process the deletion after verifying your identity.

3. Data That Is Deleted
- Account identifiers (Google account identifier, email, nickname, profile image) — removed immediately
- Designs, stories, comments, likes, follows, and settings you created — deleted, or anonymized by removing author identifiers
- Push notification token — removed

4. Data That Is Retained (Legal Exceptions)
- Access logs (IP, access time, etc.) are deleted automatically 30 days after creation.
- Payment/transaction records that must be retained under applicable laws (e.g., e-commerce laws) are stored separately for the statutory period and then destroyed.

5. Content You Made Public
After withdrawal, designs and stories you made public may be preserved and shown as from a "deleted user," with identifying data removed.
