Zipkku Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose) These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Zipkku (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

Article 2 (Accounts) (1) You sign up for the Service with a Google account. (2) You may not transfer or lend your account to anyone else. (3) You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.

Article 3 (What the Service Provides) (1) The Service provides floor-plan-based 3D interior design creation and saving, a furniture catalog, and design/story sharing features. (2) Some features (larger rooms, unlimited saves, catalog finishes, saving shared designs, etc.) are exclusive to the paid subscription (Zipkku Pro); details are governed by the Paid Service Terms.

Article 4 (Content) (1) You own the content you create, such as designs, stories, and comments. (2) Content you make public via the sharing feature may be viewed by other users and saved (copied) into their own designs. (3) You grant the Service permission to store, reproduce, and display your public content to the extent necessary to show and deliver it within the Service. (4) You can change the visibility of your content at any time; however, copies already saved by other users before you make it private are not affected.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct) Posting content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, likeness, etc.), posting obscene, hateful, or spam content, and interfering with the normal operation of the Service are prohibited. Violations may result in content being hidden or deleted, restrictions on use, or forced withdrawal.

Article 6 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service) The Service may be changed or discontinued for operational or technical reasons. Material changes unfavorable to users will be announced in advance.

Article 7 (Withdrawal) You may withdraw at any time from My Page in the app. The handling of personal data upon withdrawal is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability) The 3D representations and dimensions provided by the Service are reference material to assist actual construction or purchase decisions; the Service is not responsible for the results of transactions or construction based on them. For features provided free of charge, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 9 (Governing Law) These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, if mandatory laws of your country of residence grant you more favorable protection, that protection is not limited.

Article 10 (Language) These terms are written in Korean, with English and Japanese translations provided. In case of any discrepancy between a translation and the Korean text, the Korean text prevails.
